His debut feature film Five Fingers for Marseilles premiered at Toronto International Film Festival, continuing to Fantastic Fest, BFI London Film Festival, Busan International Film Festival and beyond. His shorts Sweetheart and Wide Open and feature documentaries Lost Prophets and Outsider have screened extensively at festivals around the world. Projects in development include period-set Miami fantasy The Blue Lady, television drama series Acts of Man and a high-octane feature adaptation of Charlie Human’s beautifully twisted novel Apocalypse Now Now.

Ari was one of those kids making movies with his dad’s video camera when he was 12. Not much has changed, but the films are arguably better now.

A couple of decades (and a bit) on, Ari is the co-creator and director of the hugely popular web series SuzelleDIY and the sensational TV series Tali’s Wedding Diary , with a host of awards, nominations and broken viewership records between them. Both productions epitomise his impeccable comic timing and talent for creating memorable characters.

Luke & Josh Rous known from their production company Rous House Productions and have worked in the South African TV and Film industry for 15 years, producing over 250 hours of prime-time programming as well as 2 feature films. Highlights include a Rose D'Or nomination for best comedy series, Best SA short film at DIFF, a short film screening at the Cannes Short Film Corner and the SAFTA award-winning drama series High Rollers which moved from a 26 part hour-long drama to a 468 part long-running series and which has sold to multiple territories around the world. Among the 15 SAFTA's received for productions Luke has produced, highlights include best writing and best directing for a drama series 2016 (Geraamtes In Die Kas) & 2017 (High Rollers) as well as best directing for a telenovela (2017), best post-production for a telenovela and best telenovela (2018). Luke is an alumnus of the Berlinale talent campus (Durban), the Sediba advanced international co-production course, the International Financing Forum (TIFF 2018) and Fin Partners (2018).

Jahmil X.T. Qubeka is an Award-Winning Filmmaker and Screenwriter who's career has spanned over 15 years covering an entire spectrum of filmmaking disciplines. Most notably, his documentary and feature film work has enjoyed screenings at various prestigious international film festivals including Toronto International Film Festival, Rotterdam Film Festival, London International Film Festival, Pusan International Film Festival (Korea), Dubai Film Festival amongst others.

In 2005 an AIDS documentary he directed for Sesame Street won the prestigious Peabody Award in America for best actuality programming.
