Im trying to get away from my bad self destructive habits. No nut December movement starts today.
In this episode, I talk about the struggles we face in life and how, no matter how tough things get, we always find a way through. It’s all about facing the chaos, learning from the hard times, and pushing forward. Life might throw curveballs, but the key is to keep going, even when everything feels like it’s falling apart.
In today’s episode, I reflect on the struggles I’ve faced and the mistakes I’ve made in life. While past efforts to change haven’t always worked out, and I’m currently feeling lost and unsure of my direction, I’ve decided to keep moving forward despite the uncertainty. Even though hope seems distant, I won’t give up and will continue to push ahead, embracing small steps toward improvement.
This episode emphasizes understanding the reasons behind addiction, like emotional pain, and challenges the stigma that often surrounds it. Whether it’s to alcohol, drugs, or even sugar. None of it shouldn’t define a person’s worth or identity. Rhis episode highlight the importance of empathy, showing that addiction is a struggle, not a reflection of someone’s character.
This first episode is all about me finally taking the leap. I’ve been wanting to start this podcast for a while, but if I’m being honest, I’ve been procrastinating. Now, I’m making the decision to stop delaying and get started, because it’s either now or never. From this point on, I’m committing to keeping it consistent and pushing forward—no more excuses, just action.
