Oh friends, although our God has the power to do anything, however He so desires, you'll note that He never builds or does everything all at once. He took six days to make the world, when He could just have declared it all at once. And please note that He even rested after creating the universe. Now that should tell us something about the busy, rat-race lifestyle that the world is trying to impose on us, and sadly many of us believers are falling prey to it. Remember, the Lord took four hundred years to build the Hebrew nation, another forty years to get them ready to enter the Promised Land, and thirty years to get Jesus ready for His earthly ministry. Likewise, we should not be eager to get everything at once, or expect everything to take place at once as is the current expectations of our world. The Christian life is a lifelong process, and the believer must be patient, persevering, faithful and wait on God's timing, which unfortunately is never usually as quickly as we desire. But if we wait in expectant faith, He will eventually bring all of our desires to pass, in His timing! That's His faithful promise! Much LOVE!

The story of Joseph in the Bible shows all the characteristic necessary for a godly earthly life. If we say we believe in God, then we must let God be God and run things the way He sees best. Our situations will not always be to our liking but He has promised never to leave not forsake us, that He has a good plan for our lives, to give us a future and a hope and to eventually work it out all for our benefit. That means trusting steadfastly in Hm, despite what tough times we may go through. Only with true faith and obedience to God's word can we truly live a godly life! Much LOVE!

Almighty God, our Creator and Controller is a most forgiving and LOVING God, but He is also just and righteous and therefore He cannot allow sin and disobedience to run rampant in the earth without His creation paying the price, suffering the consequences for their wrongdoing. That's why our world is currently in such a disastrous position with all sorts of evil and ungodliness taking place, and mankind stubbornly turning away from God. The Lord has said so many times in His Word, the Bible, that the wages of sin is death, and disobedience will not be tolerated, but we in our foolish pride, goaded along by that total fool Satan, believe that we can do as we wish and not pay the price. But that's a fool's wisdom my people. It's like the fool who says there is no God! Please don't be fooled by Satan and his deceitful incentives, because Satan knows better than any of us that there is a God in heaven above, that's why he's treading the earth in shame and disgrace, because he foolishly tried to overthrow the Lord, and was subsequently kicked out of heaven to live in hellfire and damnation. Please, let's not follow his foolish lead, but instead obey the Word of God, who created us and has full control of our lives! That's wisdom for the ages! Much LOVE!

One of the devil's many tricks is to divide and conquer, but nowadays with Christ's church, he doesn't even have to do that, because we are doing it for him, with all the many divisions and denominations in the church and all the opposing teaching that's going on. The enemy is just sitting back and laughing at us, as we undermine our own faith, and thus undermine Christ, and also diminish His great sacrifices on our behalf. That should not be so my faithful brethren! We ought to be unified as ONE. As the ONE body Christ intended to build when He founded His church, comprised of both Jews and Gentiles, with Himself as the ONE Shepherd. The church cannot grow and defeat Satan's empire if we are not standing up as one, strong and unified body, built on the martyred Rock that was Jesus! That's why we have to come together RIGHT NOW, and be unified, and faithfully live like the ONE body we're supposed to be, if we expect to repel the forces of hell and evil! Much LOVE!

Our God is indeed a great God, but He cannot look after us the way He desires until we truly believe that He's who He says He is, and can do what He says He can do. A good example of that is when Jesus went to His hometown of Nazareth, He couldn't do anything much there because the people did not believe. (Mark 6:4-13) And that's how it is with us when we do not sincerely believe - the Lord can't do big things in our lives. That's why the Bible says, for he that comes to God must believe that He is. So unless and until we truly believe, our options with God will be severely limited. So, please, let's listen to Jesus, and be not afraid, only believe! Much LOVE!

Ah friends, our God, our Creator has a plan for each and every life He creates, and unfortunately those plans are not all wine, roses and song, not a Sunday stroll in the park. No! They are filled with all kinds of trials and pain, heartaches and unfair happenings. But we must learn to understand, to believe that there's always method and purpose to God's seeming madness. He never makes a move without thinking it through right to the very end. That means we have to bear up under all the pressure that comes against us. And we can do it because our wonderful God always gives us the wherewithal to handle whatever He allows to come against us. But we have to sincerely believe and trust Him. And no it's not easy, but if we surrender our all to Him, He will enable us to see life through and enjoy the abundance that Christ died for us to have! Much LOVE!

Oh friends, it's ever so important to realize that ALL of our actions, both good and bad, have consequences, and we never know when they will come back to bite us, but be sure that one day they will. That means we ought to take right actions as much as possible, although it's still possible for right actions to bring tough consequences. But in the long run it all boils down to the words of Uncle Charles (Dr. Charles Stanley): Obey God and leave all the consequences to Him. Now that's about as close to perfection as we can come. If we obey God, we won't have to worry too much about the consequences of our actions, because He will look after them. Now that doesn't mean we'll live on easy street with no worries or complaints, but simply that we'll have less of those negative situations if we obey God in the first place. Much LOVE!

Life can be very evil and deceitful, especially in these time of ungodliness and selfishness, where people are mostly interested in themselves, and would hang you out to dry, just as soon as look at you. That means great care must be taken to ensure you associate with the right people, and then speak the right words. And don't believe that it's just in the unbelieving world that happens, definitely not, the church is also a hot bed of gossip, innuendo and full blown lies. Therefore, it's left to the individual to know who's who, and what is what, before jumping into anything, for as they say, the tongue is a fire! And so it is! It makes and it breaks you quicker than the eye can see. Especially in these days of worldwide social media and tongues wagging a mile a minute about things they know not. Where everyone has an opinion on everything, and is more than eager to spread or publish it. Please beware my fellow believers, the days are getting tougher, and we need to be getting more careful in our daily lives, if we want to survive the nonsensical world in which we currently live! Oh friends, if we believers do not live in unity and accord with each other as our Lord and leader Jesus Christ commanded, then how are we going to bring the heathen into his fold eh? Our many differences are supposed to be put aside because of our ONE belief in Christ. It's the awesome and wise good news of Christ's salvation that draws and keeps us together! Without it, we're all lost, just like the heathen unbeliever. And as Christ said, we'll show our true discipleship when we have LOVE for each other! And that's not merely the talking kind of LOVE, but the action packed version, where LOVE is seen and felt! So please, I plead with us, let's wake up and see the damage that we're doing by the disunity we're spreading as the church, Christ's earthly body and start doing better! Much LOVE!

Life is a topsy turvy business, with both good and bad moments in it, many of them being unexpected. However, if we are true and faithful believers in Jesus Christ then we we will have His divine help to handle those tough times that will undoubtedly come against us, for He is the ONLY ONE capable of alleviating the storms of life! Yes friends, our Lord and Saviour will make a way for us where there seems to be no way if we invest our hope and faith in Him. That's His ever-faithful promise. So please let's get ourselves together and do that nuh, so we can be comforted in the times of storm! Much LOVE!
