Leviticus 3

We are talking about the "fat" in the fellowship offering and looking for answers on why it's so important for the Lord.

We are seeing the sacrifices made for unintentional sin and recognizing how expensive they are.

We are looking at these sin and guilt offerings and recognizing the extent God is going to in removing guilt from His people.

Today, we are meditating on the fire on the altar and how it was to never go out and what it represents to them and to us.

2 things stand out in this passage, it's the time limit on the fellowship offering and how God had designed for the priests, the Levites and their families to be provided for in their service in the tabernacle.

it's incredible to consider these details and realize how creative and beautiful God is who designed them.

today, we are considering what the Lord has done in Aaron's life where he closes the chapter by raising his hands and blessing the people.

this is an interesting chapter as in the beginning it seem that God is a real stickler for the rules, but then by the end, we see there's grace and room for the reality of life.

We are talking about what to eat and not eat today and considering how the New Testament has impacted these laws.
