We are told throughout Scripture the importance of prayer. We taught how to pray and how not to pray. But, the question I want to pose to you today is: Do you expect anything out of prayer. In Acts 12, we read about Peter being thrown in prison, and the church praying consistently for him. When Peter shows up at the door, the people praying for him first don’t believe it’s actually him, then are astonished at the sight. Listen to this episode, and take time to look at your prayer life and prayer habits, and start praying the way Jesus would want us to pray-expectantly.

Todays episode teaches us what True Revival is. I will give you a hint-true revival runs on the timetable of God, not mans timetable. We will discuss the definition of revival and look at some examples of revival in the Bible.

Sometimes we get a little cold. I don’t mean cold as in a lack of heat. I mean cold as in our faith grows cold. When that happens, it usually means that there is something (sin) blocking our relationship with Jesus. In this episode, we look at what it means to be revived and what is essential to being revived.

What is your affection set on? Seriously, what has your focus day in and day out? Bills? Vacation? Work? If you answer anything but Jesus, then your focus and affection is on the wrong things. If you want to build a rock solid faith in Jesus that will stand strong in whatever life throws at you, then you must keep your eyes fixed on Him. Are you ready to do that?

In order to build a rock solid faith in Jesus, you must first understand that you are a sinner in need of a Savior, and that Savior is Jesus. Confess your sins and believe in Him, and His sacrifice for your sins. That’s the only way to build your faith in Him

Another step to developing a rock solid faith in Jesus is to understand that it will not happen overnight. We must overcome sin, and we must understand that to sin is a choice. What are you going to choose today?

there are things in life that causes us to be faithless, that hinder the building of our faith. Today, I give you two things that i believe hinder our faith and keep it from growing.

Jesus told Thomas to be not faithless. Today, I am teaching on what being faithless means, and how to avoid being faithless.

Luke 24:1-12. At the dawn of Resurrection Day, Jesus’ disciples had no faith. Upon hearing the news of the resurrected Jesus, the disciples didn’t believe it. Faithlessness is a problem for all of us.
