When we lack confidence, there’s something missing.
I know that Christ lives in me when I don’t need people’s validation.
Galatians 1:10 – “approval of God or man?”
Galatians 2:6, 9 - … even if the people “seem influential”
Galatians 2:11
You don’t need validation from man now because you’ve been validated by Christ.

Galatians 6:14 – “the world is crucified to me”
If becomes okay if the world doesn’t like me.
I know Christ lives in me when I become a different person.

You are under new management.

I Corinthians 6:9-11 – washed, sanctified

Not just a change, but to change to be more like Jesus.
I know Christ lives in me when I do things just because Jesus wants me to.

John 4:10 – Jesus with the woman at the well.

There will always be convergence between what’s in your heart and your life.
When you fill yourself with God’s word, you develop an overflow that then goes out to bless others.
We serve others out of our overflow
Jesus is our example – fill yourself with the deeds and words of His.
Galatians 5:22-23 – Fruit of the Spirit.
We speak out of our own overflow
We teach out of our own overflow
I Timothy 4:13-16
When you’re truly excited and passionate about something, you can’t help but tell others.
We obey out of our own overflow
You will do what you love.

James 2:18 – If I truly have faith, it changes how I live.
James 2:19 – Compare Luke 4:33; Acts 19:15. The demons believe in God also!

Abraham was declared righteous because of his works.
