We've got GrowCast Team Member and fan favorite Rhizo Rich back on the podcast today! On this episode, Rich dives deep into his training techniques, sharing all his tips for keep your canopy even and stacked with buds. Rich describes the commonly accepted difference between the methods known as "scrog" (screen of green) and "sog" (sea of green), as well as the benefits and drawbacks of each. Rich also talks about using tellis screens to weave, and the importance of keeping a flat and even canopy whenever possible. Rhizo wraps the show by discussing some of the more interesting strains that he's got running in his garden right now, as well as some of the breeding projects he will be working on in the near future!
