What better way to hunt Britain's fastest land mammal than on foot with small hounds? Yet that's what beagle and basset packs do. Fortunately, sabs are also ready to stop them whenever they can.

Gizzie spoke with a member of Severn Vale Hunt Saboteurs about hare hunting on foot and what sabbing it looks like today. And there's a brief interlude about so-called 'trap hares'.

Helping a fox, hare or deer cover their scent is one of the most basic methods of sabotaging hunting. But there is some skill in choosing when and where to use it. So Gizzie Rascal spoke with former HSA tactics officer Colin Skilton about how to effectively use citronella, both as a pre- and post-spray.

Melbourne sabs were one of the first groups this podcast spoke to, way back in 2018. A lot has happened since then. Gizzie Rascal caught up with the group to learn more about how things have changed, progressed and gone horribly right or wrong.

At the time of recording, Australia's hunting season was about to begin; at the time of publishing, the coronavirus pandemic has put a stop to all such activities. The immediatre future of hunting in the country - as in the UK - is uncertain. But this episode should nonetheless be an interesting listen.

I spoke to Mendip Hunt Sabs, a relatively new group that nonetheless has carved a name out for itself in difficult circumstances. It almost solely takes on the Mendip Farmers Hunt, which is beloved by Tory psuedo-gent and Ian Bone's favourite father, Jacob Rees-Mogg.
