In this episode, we talk with South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organization’s (SDAHO’s) registered nurse and improvement advisor, Cindy Schuch, and director of quality integration, Kristen Bunt, on SDAHO’s Community Opioid Abuse Response Effort (COARE) program. Schuch and Bunt share the aims and progress in COARE by increasing collaboration, communication and identify applicable resources and gaps in prevention, treatment and recovery within the community.
