In this undercover episode of Surf Dudes with Attitude, we’re speculatin’ and excavatin’ on this cloak and dagger chapter of California Dreams. A new bombshell student arrives, on the hunt for a bad boy that can help her get a fake I.D. But, she may be more than meets the (private) eye. There’s also an inane subplot about Matt and Tony and their art projects. Don’t worry though! It all makes sense during the climax.
