Welcome back to a brand new episode of Barefoot Chats!  So today I wanted to mix it up a little and share a guided meditation with you all.  If you follow my on Instagram (@saharathagunna) or have listened to some of my other podcast episode, you will know I love my meditations!  They always help me feel grounded and connected, and I love to start my day with a calming meditation just like this.  This is a quick 10 minute meditation to help you feel cam and peaceful.  You can do it in the morning to set you up for a good day or at night to unwind before bed.  I hope you guys enjoy and if you like it please do let me know as I'd love to do more!
