Megan is a table tennis champ from the UK and in today's episode we chat about how competing in elite sport encouraged her eating disorder, why she made the decision to leave her competitive life, recovery and relapse from an eating disorder, and why we've decided to take our healing seriously with Project: Build Me Up! Megan dives into her story and we also share a few tips for making peace with your body and finding balance after and eating disorder.

They always help me feel grounded and connected, and I love to start my day with a calming meditation just like this. This is a quick 10 minute meditation to help you feel cam and peaceful. Morning routines - let's chat!! Okay, I know it might sound typical, everyone nowadays is always talking about morning routines, but listen up guys. There is a reason people are talking about it. Having a routine in the morning that focuses on you and gives you time in the morning is amazing for getting you into a positive mindset so that you can feel good throughout your day! In the last couple of months I really feel like I've developed a morning routine that I like, that works for me and makes me feel good, so I thought I'd share it with you guys today to hopefully inspire you to start giving yourself that time in the morning, even if it's just a few minutes, it can make a big difference.

Being the person playing the supporting role to someone going through an eating disorder or mental health issues can be really hard. Today I'm sharing a few tips that I feel are important to keep in mind when being the supporting role, of course it totally depends on the individual and the situation, but these are just a few things that I feel are good to know.
