When entering a relationship, it is important to understand the difference between love and lust as well as the importance of setting boundaries for ourselves to keep us from the temptation of giving into lustful thoughts or visuals.

Promising to do something is not the same as preparing to do something. People think they can promise their way past the lack of preparation when it comes to relationships. This week however, we learn that we must hold ourselves accountable and do the hard work before we enter into a relationship, that way we can have the most fruitful relationship and marriage.

This week we looked at the godly principles of dating and marriage. We must understand the importance of having our relationship with God at the center of our relationship.

We are taking a break on our Romans series to go through a Dating and Marriage series. In this series, we look at the importance of centering your relationships on God and His instructions surrounding them. This week we look at the theology of marriage.
