This week on Finding Your Bliss, we have a show devoted to an exciting new documentary all about Much Music called “299 Queen Street West”!

Life Coach and Bliss Expert Judy Librach is joined by the visionary director of the film, Sean Menard, and Much Music’s iconic VJ, Erica Ehm!

Sean Menard is a Canadian director and producer based out of Toronto. He specializes in pop culture documentaries.

His previous film "The Carter Effect" premiered at TIFF (2017) and aired worldwide on Netflix and has been met with critical acclaim.

"299 Queen Street West" is his third feature documentary and it made its world premiere at SXSW. This highly anticipated film will be launching on CRAVE following the culmination of its Canada-wide screening tour.

Erica Ehm is an entrepreneur, media personality, and force for positive change.

Originally a MuchMusic television host, Erica has harnessed her years in the spotlight to become a powerful keynote speaker focused on leadership and innovation. Known for conducting extraordinary interviews, Erica is an in-demand event host and facilitator. She’s co-founder of Ehm2 Speaking, offering presentation skills training.

Erica is also considered a pioneer in content marketing, social media and community building.

Under her leadership, for over 15 years as founder of the digital agency Ehm & Co. and the YMC.ca platform, her companies have earned over a dozen prestigious marketing and leadership awards, including a Governor General’s Innovation nomination. Since her company’s acquisition, she has remained on the leadership team as Chief Innovation Officer.

Erica is a storyteller at heart. Her multimedia portfolio includes author, journalist, playwright, award-winning songwriter, and podcaster.

Her remarkable ability to reinvent, influence, create and lead with relentless positivity is what lights Erica up.
