This should be an experience that all Christians seek and obtain.

Using Abraham's well and the tree he planted at Beersheba, this message challenges believers to recognize the value of what God has given them and to preserve it for the generations that follow. Though the enemy may try to cover the well and leave us spiritually dry, the tree still points us back to the source. Ultimately, that tree pictures the cross of Christ, where we can always return and find the living water of salvation and strength.

Through Abraham's willingness to offer Isaac, this message shows how God was preparing the way long before the moment of sacrifice ever arrived. The tree Abraham planted becomes a powerful picture of the cross, while the sermon reminds us that the seeds we plant today can bring blessing and glory to generations we may never live to see. Even our places of deepest grief can become places of glory because God provides the Lamb and has promised resurrection.
