Today's Sunday School explores the Second London Baptist Confession of Faith, specifically chapters six through eight, to demonstrate how the fall of man necessitates a complete mediator in Jesus Christ. The central argument is that the three offices of Christ—prophet, priest, and king—directly address the three aspects of human ruin: ignorance, guilt, and inability. By examining Reformation-era controversies, the message emphasizes the sufficiency of Christ alone over against partial or insufficient mediators, asserting that He perfectly reveals God's will, satisfies divine justice, and rules over His people. The aims is to encourages believers to rest in this sufficiency while recognizing their own calling to reflect these offices through truth-telling, sacrificial service, and faithful stewardship. The whole sinner needs the whole Christ, & the whole Christ is sufficient!
