Chaplin Gordon James Klingenschmidt is a former elected Colorado State Representative and also a TV show host. He served honorably as a 20-year veteran who graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy in Political Science and made national headlines as the former Navy Chaplain who dared to pray "in Jesus' name." He is an ordained minister with an earned PhD in Theology, and founded the Pray in Jesus' Name Project. It was 20 years ago on Crosstalk when we first introduced you to Chaplain Klingenschmidt, who came under attack by a commander who punished him in writing on three occasions because he dared to quote Bible verses in church that claim Jesus is the way to heaven. He was downgraded in his evaluations for praying "in Jesus' name" on the ship's microphone, for obtaining Kosher meals for a Jewish sailor, and for refusing to support mandatory attendance quotas for a homosexual church. He was told repeatedly to stop praying in Jesus' name. This left him with a choice; to deny Jesus Christ or to take a stand. He chose to take a stand which cost him his career and related pension. He is now reaching out to President Trump seeking a presidential pardon that could reinstate him to the military for one day so that he can retire and have his pension and back pay restored. Don't miss this opportunity to hear his testimony and learn how these 20 years later, you can push this effort, as Chaplain Klingenschmidt put it, "across the finish line." The word Uniformitarianism is the idea that all things have been "uniform" over millions and billions of years, leaving God out of Creation. We discuss why this exposes the Satanic nature of Unitarianism. Also Reference: Revelation 10:6, Genesis 3:1, 2 Peter 3:3-4 https://bbfohio.com

How old is our world? A creationist collected rock from the Mount St. Helens lava dome when it was ten years old, sent it off to the labs, and the ages came back between 340,000 and 2.8 million years. If the methods can miss by that much, what else are they telling us? Dr. Jake Hebert of the Institute for Creation Research joins Quentin Road Baptist Church with three reasons to trust the Bible's own timeline: the flood evidence written across the earth's rock layers, the science that quietly caps the age of the earth far below billions of years, and the reason none of this is a side issue — if death came before Adam, then death is not the penalty for sin, and the cross has nothing to pay for. Along the way: fossils frozen in the death pose, a supposed ten-million-year gap in the rock with no erosion at all, forests strangely missing from the Ice Age, a Sahara that was once well watered, and creatures that appear to have lived like Methuselah. A mainstream geologist looked at rock said to take five million years to form and concluded it happened in hours. Scripture referenced: Genesis 5; Genesis 7:19-22; Exodus 20:11; Genesis 3:15; Job 40-41; Psalm 104; Isaiah 14:29; Mark 10:6; Romans 8:19-22; Colossians 1:16; 2 Peter 3:3-6; John 3:16

If you have God's Word… turn with me this morning to Genesis 1. And we're gonna to begin our message…exactly where the Bible begins. We're gonna begin with verse 1. "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." (Genesis 1:1 HCSB) You know…there are some questions… that almost everybody asks… at some point in life. • Where did I come from? • Why am I here? • Does my life have a purpose? • Is there really a God? • What happens when I die? And folks… those are some big questions. But the way you answer those questions… depends largely on… how you answer another question: How did all of this get here? Where did everything we see come from?

For any honest person reading the Bible, it is clear that the text presents a global flood. And any honest person looking at our planet can see, "Billion of dead things, buried in rock layers, laid down by water, all over the earth." In the words of Ken Ham of Answers in Genesis. https://bbfohio.com

Unreasonable atheists, agnostics and other skeptics and scoffers may refuse to face the reality but the Biblical account of Noah's Flood is proven by the location of fossils and the universal historical reports in various cultures of such a flood. https://bbfohio.com
