It is located in the Western part of the state, about halfway between Memphis and Nashville. And It’s 25 miles north of where I grew up. In 1996, West Tennessee was shaken to its core, when fourteen year-old Cayce Lynn McDaniel disappeared from her home. She hasn’t been heard from since.   According to reports, Cayce’s mother came home to find the clothes her daughter had worn to a church social earlier in the night, laid out on the bed.
