Let's talk about what we all have to look forward to if we have faith - the hope!
What is hope and why should we be living our lives with hope guiding us? Why is it important not to forget about the great gift God has for us?
What is true faith? What does it mean to be a 10/10 in commitment to faith and why is that so important?
What is a 'lukewarm' christian and why should we be concerned?
How can we live by faith?
This is part 1 of a 3 part miniseries exploring the theme of Faith.
In this short episode, I explore the reason why faith isn't blind and how it is actually rooted in evidence.
In the next episode, I will discuss the importance of faith as a Christian.
Where do objective moral values come from? Why is it so important to differentiate objective and subjective morality, and what roles do these both have in our society?
This is the second part of an interview with Adam Kemp. Be sure to check out the first part on objective & subjective truth first to understand context. Enjoy - and I hope you learn something!

One thing I wanted to clarify... Adam and I discuss subjective truth. This can be interpreted in two ways; an individuals belief that someone holds which is true, or an individuals belief that someone holds of what they think is true (regardless of whether it is true or not, 'what is true to them' so to speak).
The subjective truth we are talking about in this episode is the latter definition, which means that subjective truth is not always true.
Perhaps the better term to describe this 'subjective truth' is a subjective belief or an individuals perception of truth.
It is important to differentiate these definitions of subjective truth because for truth to exist it must not contradict itself, and if all subjective truths are true, then there is no real truth, or objective truth.
Hope this clarifies what we are referring to in this episode!
Mary is a second year nursing and psychology student who found truth in Jesus.
Using a metaphor, Mary shares the importance of searching for truth to find the deeper meaning to life and existence.
Meet Yohan! Yohan is an international student studying in Melbourne. He has found truth in trusting in God's plan for his life.
Though life can be challenging, he knows that God is always with him, and he can remain firm in his faith.
What is objective and subjective truth and why are they both important? How are theology and objective truth interlinked?
Adam Kemp and I explore these deep questions and more in this episode to gain a deeper understanding of truth and how it relates to faith.
This is a 2 part series. The second episode (releasing next week) will be focused on faith and it's connection to objective and subjective morality.
Hope you enjoy!
