Sermon Text: Acts 15:1-35

This week we'll look at Acts chapter 14, which completes the account of Paul's first missionary journey. On this journey many people put their faith in Christ and churches are established. There is also opposition to the gospel, and Paul is nearly murdered for preaching. We will see that we can and should trust in the Holy Spirit; we should remain faithful to God even in hard times; and we should share our "God Stories" with one another.

The Apostle Paul was sent out with the message of salvation. In our passage this morning we observe him preach this message and minister among Jews and Gentiles in the Mediterranean world. Through observing this scene, we'll learn some things about salvation which we can apply to our lives.
