Why do we get so upset when we have to collaborate with other people? Often times we become fixated on the personality that we come up against and forget to see the person or the human being underneath. When we're able to put our biases aside and not take other people's actions personally, we have a chance to communicate with them in a clear and meaningful way.

Great leadership comes when we are clear about what's going on and how we work together. Everything gets messy when we focus too much on judging people as having the "right or wrong" persona.
