In this episode, we talk about the racial biases in Ontario school towards black children, particularly boys.  Our distinguished guest on the show Alana Craig an educator for the Toronto District School Board breaks down how the system stacks the odds against black children in the system and why it won't help them. Black boys are among the highest to drop out of high school or even continue to post-secondary schools. In order for us to find a solution, we need to unplug and examine all the factors. Once that is done, there needs to be an action plan upon moving forward to a better brighter future.
