Are we always going to be dumping grounds for one another? Can we have an exchange where we are solely sharing joy and acknowledging the people in our circle? My soul brother Kev Koh from Soul Body LA tried out this activity with a close friend of his. He felt after completing this activity that this allows us to express gratitude and be inspired personally and for the other other they can feel our gratitude. There is power in support and acknowledgment. People know you see them and that we are in this together. Seeing people we love light up, lights us up as well. This gives us more permission and accountability to tap into love and abundance.
