In this episode I'm sharing with you all what my story has been. I don't necessarily consider myself a "hero" in my story, but in some ways it follows the classical hero journey. Possible Trigger Warning – I will talk about Depression, Anxiety, Suicide, Abuse, Therapy, Divorce, and more.
I have only ever shared my story publicly one other time, and even then I didn't share everything due to time limits. There are a lot of details that I don't go into here, mostly because I'm still learning what resonates with other people. If there's something specific that you would like me to expand on in a future episode please let me know!
