When was the last time you had a good talk with the you in the mirror? Personally, I talk to Genia daily because my mirror is right in front of me…hehe. I say good morning sometimes, look over and smile and say you’re doing good, or if I my energy is low while working, I am like, got this!
I am going to get real vulnerable with you on this podcast and talk about this deep, yet joyful mirror talk I had with myself.
