This is a powerful story of a strong Irish lady who grew up in Ireland as one of 15 children, she was the eldest girl, with responsibility to look after her siblings from the age of 6. She rarely went to school as she had numerous duties around the house and the garden. She was punished hard by both schoolteachers and her parents for making the smallest of mistakes. She was sent to England to earn money for the family at the age of 15. She talks about the hard life, which made her stronger, about appreciating the little things in life and most importantly the her ability to stay positive. She is one of the most amazing upbeat people I have ever met.
