Durga McBroom and Youth (Killing Joke) were Blue Pearl. In 1990, Naked in the Rain' charted in many European countries and was a dance hit in the US. Durga's never been a wallflower. She's outspoken, opinionated, and not afraid to voice her political opinions. In part one of a two-part podcast, she talks about her upbringing, her parents, and the endemic racism she has had to fight.
