Another powerful story of a first-born daughter who again had to look after her younger narcissistic brother, growing up in a strict traditional family in India. She always believed that she did not belong to the society that kept putting women down, expecting women to obey, be sub- servant to men, she felt anxious, depressed and unworthy living in her own town. She left to study university in USA and felt victim to a narcissistic boyfriend which spiralled her anxiety and depression.  She talks about generational trauma and how it was affecting her in her younger years until she had realised that she needs to break the chain and change herself first.
