For most, involvement with the MarsCorp mission will be reward enough. For others we have a structured ladder of promotion to recognise and reward outstanding contribution to the MarsCorp mission. This ensures continued incentivisation for employees to work to the best of their abilities. Promotions and other rewards will be distributed at the discretion of senior management – all reward decisions are final and are not open to appeal.
