Season 1 the Mystic Fool Ep 54 Going Dark

Welcome to The Mystic Way. I’m Martin, and in this podcast I invite you into a quieter, deeper way of understanding yourself, your life, and the larger intelligence that is moving through it.
This is not about belief systems. It’s about remembering.
The ”Mystic Way” was previously the Mystic Fool...... although the Mystic fool is finished, you can still visit the Episodes below in (what I call, Season One) Interestingly enough, the mystic fool is the very first card of the of the major arcana of the Tarot. And the fool is about beginnings.  The mystic fool was very much a beginning who is now moving into what I’m calling the mystic’s way, The Mystic Way holds holds knowledge about the spiritual path........the way of the magician. And the magician, is the second card of the Major Arcana, where we pull our gifts and talents together. We work with the elements. We work with Spirit to create the life we love and bring the things that we prefer into this life, this incarnation….
Spirit, Soul, and what you truly are
In this work, I speak from a very simple but very different foundation.
You are not your body.  You are not your mind.  You are not your emotions.  You are Spirit — the eternal essence that chooses to incarnate.
And what we often call “soul” is not what travels from life to life, but the energetic field that is formed through this particular human life — your character, your memory, your learning, your personality and experience.  Each life creates its own soul field.  Spirit is the traveller.
Throughout these conversations, I explore what it actually means to live from that deeper identity, and how that shift quietly changes the way you meet your relationships, your struggles, your purpose and your choices.

Cycles of time and the Codex of remembrance
A central thread running through this podcast is what I call the Codex of Cycles.
Rather than seeing our journey as a simple sequence of past lives, I explore a much wider cosmology — one where Spirit expresses itself through different cycles of time, different forms of consciousness, and different expressions of self.  Human is only one of those cycles.
Across these teachings, I share reflections and journeys into what it feels like when key incarnations across time begin to align — not as stories, but as lived remembrance — and how that alignment unlocks gifts, capacities and wisdom that were never meant to be learned intellectually.
This is a map of inner recognition.

Healing, coherence and the lived nervous system of Spirit
Many of the episodes you’ll hear here arise from years of healing work with people who are quietly carrying anxiety, exhaustion, depression, disconnection and a deep sense of being out of rhythm with themselves.  Rather than trying to fix the mind, this work gently returns you to coherence — to the natural intelligence of your own system and to the subtle order that already exists beneath your emotional and mental patterns.
You’ll hear reflections on regulation, presence, breath, attention and the way small daily practices can re-establish a lived relationship with your own inner stability.
Thoughts tht reflect as a way of being.

Connection, community and walking the path together
This podcast also grows out of a simple realisation — that healing alone is not enough.
What many people are missing today is connection.
Real connection.    Safe connection.     Spiritually grounded connection.
Through my group work, materclasses , SPiritual Fellowships such as the Lemurian Fellowship Circle, and my wider community work with men particularly, I continue to explore what it looks like to create spaces where people are not trying to be fixed — but are learning to be met.
Much of what you’ll hear here is shaped directly from those lived conversations.
