Dr. Sarah Winward is a naturopathic doctor, internationally board certified lactation consultant and infant cranisacral therapist. She is one of the founders of Your Downtown Doula, a collective of practitioners providing support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum. She completed an Honours Bachelor of Science in Medical Physics and Applied Radiation Sciences at McMaster University. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016. After graduation she went on to study lactation, first at the International Breastfeeding Centre, then among a number of community practitioners. She is also mom to 2 boys.
