Welcome back to a new episode of Operation Be: The Podcast.
In this episode, I HAVE to share with you the one speech that changed my life…forever.
It was the incredible words of Gary Vaynerchuk that set me on a path of real discovery. He talked about the practice of giving ourselves awareness. I know, when I first heard that I was con-fused. How in the world is that possible?
What I learned from him though, was more important than I imagined…
Having conscious knowledge of ourselves, our internal motives, and how it fits into our well-being is SO crucial to really thriving. I got so invested in this process that I even went as far as using data tracking apps & accessories (like the Oura Ring) to really “get to know myself” on a deeper level. I learned a lot, including how to recognize when it is the right time to utilize those tools, and when to change course and put that on hold. That is where we find the ability to “gift” ourselves the deep awareness we need.
