But every now and then we get a day, an afternoon, maybe even a couple of hours that our just ours. We talk about the importance of mental health, sometimes all we need to begin that journey is a mental break. In this episode we discuss our favorite ways to enjoy those moments and the time that helps us let go of the weight of our daily stress.
