Today I talk with Joel Thomas. Joel is living in Dallas Texas, where he is studying mental health in the clinical counselling setting in pursuit of a masters degree. Joel and I discuss how were dealing with 2020, checking in with our own states of mental health, addiction, religion, and all of the things people do to keep their lives in check however that might appear. Not everyone is doing well, which is why both Joel and I are keeping our eyes and ears open for those who need help and want to talk about their experiences.
