Today Alex and Lisa talk with two amazing individuals, Mark and Liam of Whysup.

Whysup was started by Mark and Liam. They have known each other for over 20 years, both attended the same secondary school and shared the same friends and common interests. Upon leaving school, they embarked on their own journeys in seemingly different directions.

However, despite developing successful careers and appearing to have a good home life, they had each been progressing though the illness of addiction.

The pair reconnected in recovery and offered mutual support, sharing their experiences and giving strength to each other.

They made a conscious decision to turn a difficult past into a positive outcome, using their experiences to benefit others. To turn the negatives of living through addiction and poor mental health into a positive message that would benefit others and create a change in culture, where discussions can be had and a proactive approach promoted.

Whysup has developed in a short space of time and offers a wide spectrum of services, covering many of the issues we face in today’s society.
