Welcome to Season TWO~Episode 21 of Thrive with Sharon Podcast! This season is designed to introduce and go deep into different aspects of alternative healing and spirituality. I THANK YOU for being here. Our healing is far more important than you realize.
When you think of the phrase “true nature” who do you think of? Do you have all of the boxes checked in what you were told about relationships but you still feel alone in the world?
Today’s episode with YouTube's most popular Rabbi is a powerful and empowering discussion. Rabbi Manis Friedman is thought-provoking, instigating, heartwarming, and challenging of our beliefs, where he asserts the belief of what it is to be more and serve more. Most importantly, this episode allowed me to stretch my own level of compassion as I held space for this conversation. I can see the ancient wisdom and truth that Rabbi Friedman is passionately teaching in service to humanity. I would like to add this is an inclusive space and I honor all beliefs and differences that are in keeping with honoring each other as we walk this life.
I think you will find we did just that in our approach to this conversation on intimacy, coupling, service, and connection to a higher power.
RABBI MANIS FRIEDMAN is a world-renowned author, teacher, and speaker, well-known for his provocative and incisive wit and wisdom. His international speaking tours, seminars, and retreats take him around the world, and he has been featured on CNN, A& E Reviews, PBS, and BBC Worldwide as well as in such publications as The New York Times, Rolling Stone, Seventeen, Guideposts, and Publishers Weekly. He is the author of The Joy of Intimacy: A Soulful Guide to Keeping the Spark Alive and Doesn’t Anyone Blush Anymore? Rabbi Friedman is the dean of Bais Chana Institute of Jewish Studies, which he co-founded in 1971, and the founder of Its Good to Know, a nonprofit life-learning foundation based in New York City. He lives with his family in St. Paul, Minnesota.
