Welcome to a guided meditation for resetting your nervous system. If you ever feel completely dysregulated, this is for you. We can become dysregulated when we are under a great deal of stress, we get bad news, we feel overwhelmed, or when we feel helpless or hopeless. There are a couple of techniques you can use to reset your nervous system to allow you to face your challenges in a more regulated state.
