Steve Barron was the Music Video Director of the 80's Icons.

He directed Michael Jackson's 'Billie Jean', a-ha's 'Take on Me', Dire Straits' 'Money for Nothing', and Madonna's first video, 'Burning Up'.

Steve Barron was one of the shapers of the 1980s music video. He tells his story in part one of the podcast, how he learned his craft on the job, and how he almost got fired when working with David Puttnam and Prince Charles. His inside stories are fascinating, in Part One he also talks about working with Michael Jackson.
