Christie's expertise include barre and sculpt classes that are music-driven and core focused. She developed her coaching style from dancing in the NBA for 6 years and leading group fitness class in Washington, DC for 5 years. She channels her cheerleader energy to hype up her clients! Christie created Move Challenge Grow (MCG) which is an empowering, inclusive, and high-energy workout program.
