As the flowers hit the closet floor and I unfold myself from my little pretzel, I stand up, take a bow, and officially close out Season 2. THANK YOU. This season has been full of healing, full of growth, full of moments where I surprised even myself and I hope that on the other side of this audio, you’ve been healing and growing right alongside me.

I’m so proud of myself for pouring into me, grounding me, rediscovering me, and loving me more now than ever before. This journey has been tender, stretching, hilarious, humbling, and so necessary. I’m grateful for every single part of it.

And since it’s not just the end of the season but the end of the year, you know I had to recap it all the lessons, the shifts, the signs, the softness, the strength. I’ll be back at the top of the year for Season 3, and I hope you’ll be right there with me when we land again.
