Melissa Kruger hosts Sometimes in Shambles, a mental health podcast based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Melissa hopes that with Sometimes in Shambles, she can create a listening experience that lets you know you are not alone in what you are going through. Her goal is to only talk about things that she is passionate about and has experienced, to make the podcast the most real it can be.

Melissa talks a lot about depression and anxiety along with other sprinkles of mental illness. She also talks about her experience growing up in and then leaving the LDS Mormon Religion. Some of her content can be triggering to others so please be advised.
