Tune in as we learn about Phil's unique beer journey that led him to his current position as Head Brewer for Kichesippi Beer Co. Phil tells us about his amazing experience training to be a brewmaster in Germany and how his experiences there translate into the amazing beer he is brewing today!

We take a look at some of Kichesippi's core lineup including the amazing Hefeweizen (Ryan's Fave) the Heller Highwater Helles and the BOOM IPA with an amazing 80 IBU! Phil also chats about the unique naming behind the beers and how they tie back into the local community!
