It's a topic that's been ruminating in my mind for some time, so I figure I talk through my thoughts out loud, because I may not be the only one feeling disconnected from their sexiness. And clearly, I am because I say "the say it with sex podcast" in my intro. I think my body is giving me clear hints :)
