Our passions, especially ones we had before having children were a huge part of our identity, and when we have to transition away from those as we are thrusted in to the role of motherhood, it could send us through a bit of an identity crisis. Which is why I believe returning to our passions or reconnecting with them is so important. So today, we'll talk about 5 ways we can return to our passions, and how to accept if your passions have indeed changed. Here are the 5 ways you can return to your passions: Make a list of your passions Determine which passions still interest you Figure out the how Plan it Do it I hope this episode gets you started on the process, so you can be fulfilled as you reconnect with the things you love.
