Self care promotes a healthy self relationship, increases energy, increases our confidence ,and reduces our stress and anxiety.

How should I approach self care?

Self care is more about the decisions we make than the activities we do, so you approach it by making decisions that work best for you and your household. Always ask yourself, "Does this (insert task, item, decisions) protect my well-being and happiness?"
