This week's episode of the Low-Budget Rebels podcast almost didn't happen!
There were technical issues that almost kept this from being able to be released. But through editing magic and Adobe Audition filters, I was able to turn this into a fantastically interesting episode that I'm proud to show you all.
Nick McAnulty joined me this week to talk about his low-budget found footage film Capture Kill Release. It's a wonderfully dark movie about two people who are connecting over something truly sinister. It's truly unlike any film I've seen - and made me really want to talk to Nick about why and how he made it.
We discuss everything from the egotistical and arrogant nature of thinking you can make a feature, the fear that the first film won't be good enough, and the trials of creating a found footage movie on a meager budget.
