Having endometriosis can be a lifelong journey of ups and  downs, hard conversations with doctors, and constant advocating for  yourself.

However hard this journey is, it has the  ability to lead you to a strength you never knew you had and a passion  for helping others.

Today’s special guest is Tiffany  Narron, a writer, poet, and postpartum and bereavement doula living in  North Carolina. Tiffany’s journey in hormonal health has been full of  ups and downs, and she has experienced firsthand the challenges of  navigating the medical system. But her experiences have led her to a  different place in her own life and work, where she now supports women  and cycling beings through grief and trauma.

Tiffany  brings a unique perspective to her work in compassionate communication  and bereavement support, blending poetry, breathwork, Narrative  Medicine, somatic centering, and creative healing arts modalities.
