We kinda expected that to happen. The fans were hoping for more from this episode in the way of "big moves". This week's vote out had been anticipated for so long, that it made for a bit of a lackluster result. Thanks to some careful fan analysis of possible scenarios, there appears to be at least one more chance to avoid a full Pagonging. Fingers crossed for Wednesday!
