Season 5 | Episode 3: Quarter 4 Planning (Oct. - Dec. 2022)

We've entered the final quarter of the year, so we need to set clear intentions on how we want to feel and be mindful about how this quarter of the year may impact us as mothers.

As you build out your 4th quarter, ask yourself a few questions.

  1. How do I want to feel? (remember, every feeling may have a counteraction - if you want to feel productive, you may need to feel tired for that. If you want to feel rested, you may need to say no more often than now, etc)
  2. What will I need to accomplish and do? (create the plan/to do list)
  3. How will my self care routine look? (in anticipation of the changes of Q4)
  4. How will I assess how I am feeling? (this could be more time in your B room, more journal entries, waking up earlier to meditate of check in with myself)
  5. Who is my person? (if you get stressed this time of year, you need to determine who your person is for unloading emotions when needed - for me, it’s my husband - let them know any concerns you have about this quarter and let them know you’d like them to check in with you)
  6. How will I be present? ( determine what is your way of feeling present)
