It's 2020. The new year is upon us. I've been looking up words and their definitions (goals, ambitions, intentions, aspirations, hopes, dreams, desires). I've come to the conclusion that I need to change my behaviors and I need to start small.
I've read that it takes atleast 66 days to change an unwanted behavior/habit or form a positive one. I accepted the challenge and hope you will join me through the next 66 days.
